To what extent should I, as a citizen, respond to globalization?
At this moment in time globalization is a force that causes the world to become more interconnected and benefits developed countries more then developing countries. It does benefit developing countries by bringing jobs there but it would be better if the countries built their own industries and companies for those industries. This would make them less dependent on international demand and prevent layoffs due to economic downturn in other areas of the world.
